The U.K. Government appears as confused as our own when it comes to transitioning to emission free energy. Not withstanding the confusion, wave energy does appear to be getting support.
"Meanwhile, Cornwall is being positioned as a new hub for wave energy, with the creation of a new "MarineHub Enterprise Zone". It follows the transfer of WaveHub - the world's largest wave energy testing facility - to Cornwall Council, and comes with a further £15m in government funding to develop the new enterprise zone."
