I have worked on over 10 different Projects in the construction industry ranging from $300M to $1.5B AUD what they all have in common is a Schedule/Program to execute early works through to completion. The program is updated weekly and includes completion %, area that fail behind maybe put on the critical path and issue with logistics or road blocks are highlighted. It not that hard for PA to arrange & publish a monthly update. A simple flow chart would do any graduate engineer could easily put it together. Sick of no news & excuses, have we backed the wrong team? I've been holding since PM8 days. Come on Paul you are better than this. (Fingers Crossed). Now China try and contain yourself.
