For once I agree with you, Although it will not be as simple as you suggest, having a Plant built by Contractors will potentially mean that suppliers of small ancillary items such as control box's / Cyclones etc can conceivably delay the completion of Major line items for months. Having a junior engineer ring up every supplier each week is going to quickly P^#s them off ! The last mine I was involved in building, posted photo's of Major milestones being achieved ~ concrete pours, mill lifts, etc. Drone shots would be an excellent way to demonstrate progress ?
