Gee I wish we'd done what we promised and delivered a Bankable Feasibility Study back in 2019.. a well drafted, properly researched and evidenced (definitive) study would have answered many of these issues and given confidence plus a foundation for major investor engagement...

Also a very normal step "when Investing in a mining project"

You sound just like Dumb Punter ! Never let truth get in the way ~ FYI LYC has been operating for 10 years and ARR have nothing but a dubious Resource ! But as you mention LYC they were in exactly the same position in 2010 until the Japanese bailed them out ! and neither had a Sovereign Government promise them support then not come good.
