We may not be impressed with the latest Asx placement but the UK still seems to like the story.

Still,when one looks at the sp and what they did the placement at and the potential of the stock(we hope) its not that much of a premium to where the sp could be in the future.

Im not defending Aim management but we dont know the whole story as to why the placement took place.Yes I think we are due an explanation better than working capital but with all thats going on with finance arrangements it COULD be that they had no choice but to make this placement.

Dont forget they mentioned a mezzanine facility(which is supposed to be refinanced with the main Standard Bank facility) which is usually only used if you cant get your hands on the main facility immedediately.

Still doesnt excuse the lack of transparency as Tastarga would put it.
