Isn't it incredible that we can discuss property with a 10 year time frame yet most share traders cannot even get past a one week time frame in shares. If share prices slow down they jump out at any price, wrecking the market for themselves and others.
If all the property for sale was listed on a free market like shares, and had open bids from buyers and sellers, then we could really see the state of play. Property would be in total collapse driven down by panicked sellers and financiers.
The property market is manipulated and illiquid, but because the collapse is hidden, doesn't mean it isn't there.
