yes i recall Bajada saying during his presentation that in his opinion a j/v was the best (most likely) option. Yes EXM is an explorer but the title of the AGM presentation is "emerging gold PRODUCER" so it seems pretty clear that they are planning to make the transition at TC
Troy Resources is one i hadnt looked at closely but could be an option, of the top of my head dont they have a processing plant that is idle atm ? am fairly sure i read that somewhere ?
