from memory I think that the UK thingy was simply an expression of interest from a UK resources fund, at the time i think Alex Bajada stated on BRR that the company had no intention of making a placement with the sp trading at depressed levels as they had sufficient funds to carry on without the need for heavy dilution at reduced sp.
Whether or not they are still 'sniffing around' is anyones guess. I would prefer any capital raisings to be done above 2c but at this stage would rather await the outcomes of scoping studies etc before any placements or capital raisings are considered.
Positive outcomes from scoping and feasability studies should provide a significant re-rate which would enable a much more palatable sp for capital raisings imo
