I'll throw a question into the mix around over/undervalued...
Commbank today announced profits taking a big hit (but profits nevertheless) and paying a dividend. apt share price $71.05, CBA $74.34
1.77billion cba shares - market cap 132 billion
280 million apt shares - market cap 19.66 billion
15% as many shares of apt as CBA. market cap is approx 15% as much as CBA.
Fair value?
