okay. let me explain. Johnny takes out a revolving zipmoney loan, $8k to buy a fancy couch...repayment term over 3 years... when times are uncertain, volatile ..then zipmoney is simply giving Johnny more time (36 months) to find a reason not to pay back the debt ie Johnny gets divorced, loses his job, develops gambling habit and loses the lot.
this is the issue with longer term unsecured debt....the probability of being hit with adverse events increases
