The question is do businesses in a COVID-19 environment have the capital/resources or appetite to venture into new softwares that CI1 produce and what % of their products would see an increase in use vs what % would see a decline as a result of COVID-19.
I don't know the company so I don't have an answer to these questions but if I were to take a guess the impact on the company is likely more difficult to gauge compared to the likes of BNPL, KGN and TPW which directly benefit from the current situation.
