    I'm not sure about Clearpay in the UK but I'm pretty sure Afterpay in Aus is still not under the NCCP code. i.e. it is not a credit instrument while the company itself has an ASFL licence, ASIC hasn't forced them onto the NCCP code so it shouldn't apply.
