The more the "herd" calls EM uninvestable the more interested I get. China does not equal EM.
I personally have started allocating clients funds to EM over the last few weeks (GQG specifically).
The rest of your post is pure conjecture which has been around for decades. Risks exist in every investment, today the compensation is extremely high for taking on these risks. Perhaps you should stick to vanilla stocks like the banks.
