Trying to be positive

if the centralised health IT projects are scrapped and

"....instead give hospitals "the opportunity to buy IT systems" that could transfer images, patient records and prescriptions electronically." as quoted by Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley

hasn't this been mentioned before as being good for Isoft if they are able to deal directly with hospitals rather than being tied to CSC.

also this news is from yesterday and todays SP has not dropped much and even was trying to reach for the high of the day.
