re: uk placing - for turlet I agree turlet. WPL would not be able to justify a move on HDR before Chinguetti is proven commercial, so they have been content as a "partner". Their agreement with HDR was always to guard against a move by another group - WPL having a blocking stake.
I will yield my shares to a takeover but only at a reasonable price that includes significant upside for all the prospects so far defined.
