H, It is the "reasonable price" that bothers me. I'm scared that WPL or "another" could acquire a large shareholding at what I consider to be an unreasonable price.
My long term view is of a company with considerable reserves and production that can pay me a dividend in my retirement. I can see shorter term traders taking an offer that they consider reasonable but I would consider cheap.
I want to impress upon shareholders the long term value in this company and to discourage them from giving up their holdings too cheaply. Without ramping the stock, which does no-one any good.
