Absolutely correct. Imagine a second Australian nickel boom but this time in primary production, not just mining. I remember watching the astonishing advance of Poseidon back in seconday school in Commerce classes.
ECT also mentioned Titanium some time back (from ilmenite sands) which piqued my interest. If Australia ever gets around to doing all the high tech things our politicians keep telling us we should be doing, that could be really interesting. They even talked about Chromium back in 2013!
