What an odd "poll" but hardly surprising given the Russian underarm.
But we know Nigeriens would happily live in any of those countries (especially in Europe/America), even those who were the paid-off "small sample that over-represents educated urban men". Don't need to ask them if they would hesitate to get the bleep out of Niger... even with the perils of the desert treks and rickety boats that have to cross the Mediterranean from further up North. This kooky poll won't stop that passage.
And the countries would appear in reverse order for choice of migration away from Niger - don't see many people rushing to go to Russia.
Depending how much they paid those polled, they may as well have asked the women if they disliked poverty or if they were only dissatisfied being poor.
