These are my words/notes interpreted by myself only and taken swiftly on a smart phone during Brad Boyles Triton Minerals Presentation and discussion during.

To give you an idea of numbers in attendance, additional seating was required in the room as the initial fifty or so chairs soon became over eighty seated with many standing also.
Brad had told us he'd been awake for over 35 hours and his & Libby Plunkett's luggage was lost after flying from Pemba, leading them to a local shopping trip just prior to the presentation
I had printed a four page long, question/notes list , mainly copying & pasting your questions on this board along with a few of my own. This was handed to Brad and read through after the presentation during an any question period with any points not mentioned or covered during the presentation then answered / discussed
I have an extremely busy morning today so apologise for not writing the below up fully as I would have liked, but hopefully we can get discussing on the following bullet points please note these are notes and ill try & add my general feelings and thoughts later;
- Initial Mining pit Likely to be Northern zone 2-3km pit western side hill, Come in from side & strip out the hill
- Granite amongst other Intrusions upgraded some cores to 30%
- Site Visits are welcome by all
- Variation in host rock throughout Nicanda – Northern weathered zones key to flake presevation
- Nicanda Hill hosting HG1 250m above surrounding ground level
- Hitting granite host rock at top of Hill
- Line N12 hosting 20-25% GrC
- $4.5 m cash in bank at present
- Bitumen Highway Road complete Balama North
- 10k gravel road off Highway to Nicanda Hill
- Cannot split ownership of a tenement in Mozambique
- Inferred & desperate indicated Jorc forward 1 month or more if poss
- Aiming for 10% average across whole resource to match syr
- Charmers not yet drilled
- 40% to date results
- Amg mining Ancuabe Mine - 5 years supply - open about future offtake agreements ref Ancuabe Licenses
- Need indicated level resource for offtake Europe n America Japan China further discussion
- Scoping study same time as jorc
- Mining contract agreement with government early next year
- Graphite only initial jorc this year Awaiting data on v2o5
- Vanadium could be primary focus on economic costs ?
- Alf & brad mozambiqe in December
- Want to get in production before our neighbours
- First 3-4 Graphite companies into production may control market
- Feels it may be Good to have multiple offtake agreements
- Only 6 months behind Syr
- Aiming to Catch up and pass syr through Syrah early next year
- Brad raised Formal complaints about so called manipulation ? sp movements etc with asic & asx and I believe certain broker houses next day 3 broker houses cut high frequencies trading
- Listing on Aim, anything likely definitely option maybe more stable on London Stock Exchange? Better support by long term investors uk? Aim listing costs £3-400k Unclear at present
- Future uk investors rights issue why not?
- 8 weeks too long for rights issues on previous cap raise to buy grafex ,Time pressures were on.
- Alf & BB Constantly Harrassing sgs for results
- Using 4 labs going over previous results?
- Ground Staff 4 geos on site around dozen locals employed contracted in @ Mozambique
- Triton United in UAE is reference to Tax
- One Plant can be for Processing for Graphite & V2o5
- V205 will naturally be removed from Graphite ore in processing so V2o5 doesn’t pose problems for potential buyers
- Looking also at Nacala Port for some shipping
- Groundwater or dam possible for water source
- Diesel generation most likely Mains unreliable
- Euro & American key to offtakes?
- Poss offtake/ JV require jorc & scope study
- End users Want good quality clean material many mix it into products, not necessarily flake size
- Brad is cautious/Careful about who we may invite to come in
- Optiro not overly happy about Jorc resource new timeline given
- Syrah seem arrogant in business from people who spoke to Triton
- Seems Glen core or other Giants rarely buy Exploration Co’s JV partner with exploration companies seem to be more frequent
- Japanese & Chinese companies have approached Ton for poss offtake for vanadium & graphite only weeks ago out of blue
- Brad in Hong Kong & Singapore next month
- Brad in Beijing December
- Brad Met African officials at mining down under, seem to bend over backwards to help progression
- Development grant possible for infrastructure vat relief etc
- Brad happy to respond to anyone via email or phone anytime
- A lot more he'd like to say but can't because he's not allowed

- Assay results continuous through to feb March
