cabe, sounds like a good move if UK investors hold tight ..... the thing that strikes me with PBI is that its tightly held now ... between management, the UK investors and ourselves (lol) there's only 50m shares to trade with ..... and that would be fully diluted after oppies are all converted .... (71m ords 46m oppies or therabouts)
one imagines it could find .30 very quickly and then try to march on .50 with only a few months of new year good news....
