It's pretty tough to raise money right now, but there's a very compelling story in UK - emerging distress etc. VPG have traditionally had a good 're-up' rate (as the Americans would say) so hopefully they can leverage existing support to gain critical mass. Fund raising has a lot to do with momentum.

Clearly they will have to get investors on board with current performance and loss of management risk though.

Maybe best though if Marty didn't mention Aus farm investment when raising a UK fund (that may seem a tad weird).
