No, life isn't that bad.
To put another way, the UK is 37% of the balance sheet (p24 of HY results).
95% occupancy is great given rent erosion. But if your yield is getting hammered, you're still going to lose value and risk cash lock ups - and possibly worse, fee lock ups on your fund management business. I'm not suggesting that this is about to happen to VPG for the avoidance of doubt.
But there is as much opportunity in the UK right now as there is pain. In my view.
