Just wondering if anyone else could help track down any VPG owned property up for sale,especially in
Australia and UK, i have found 6 on the market in NZ all going under the hammer on 1st April,these should (raise ~$20m).

"why buy buildings when you can buy the companies that own them for a fraction of the price?"

That is the rational thing to do, but reality is we are in an irrational market. Banks are also more likely to lend to an individual on a single property than on shares IMO.
