If the board really was concerned about the shareprice performance they would have developed plans to take the company forward and improve value for shareholders. But that isn't what they are doing. It appears that this company is being set up to fail by the new board who forced the resignation of the previous board and now do nothing.

Concerned shareholders should voice their concern and let the company know their feelings. The company website has a feedback section under the Contact Us heading. Although no-one will ever get back to you, despite them saying they will, it seems that these comments are read.
