I think that's probably true of most nations to varying degrees

either way - I think the Brits should watch their P's and Q's - they are a long long long way from home and they would not like it if Chinese war ships were moving up the English channel, nor the Russians

the Chinese would have no business there or the Russians - as the Brits and the Yanks really have no business on the other side of the planet

now to be playing with Russia -- the Black sea ffs?? --- what were they going to Georgia for????? to buy paint? trade coins??
