They were NOT in Georgia.
They were cruising pass Crimea; very close to Russia's naval base there.
They were there to test Russia's preparedness and response, as this destroyer had peeled off from the main group.
Even the UK's own BBC admitted this.
Look at the Map below and see how close they came to the Russia Naval Base at Sevastapol.
