what is the return on investment to shareholders for updating the website, advertising a bit and attracting some real investment, first at 20 cents and then $2/share, etc… is it like a multiple in the order of 5,000-10,000?
I mean honestly where are the priorities? Just let investment interest drift and progressively raise cash at 30% discount each time?
almost looks to be an intentional devaluation tactic to obtain more performance shares before the inevitable re-rate.
The alternative of actually attracting investment seems too simple.
