    In today's AFR, story states that UK foreign secretary made a visit to Puntland and that the British govt wants to supply aid and economic help to Somalia. Claiming also that it sees great opportunity in the country and wants to be a part of it's energy future. Spokesman for Somalia would see BP as a good fit in exploiting the areas oil resource. Got to be good for RRS - surely!
