I do recall hearing someone mention a caller on the radio indicating profits from Solar generation are included as a taxable income. If this is correct then the source of profit should be written off against any profits from that source , like any other business. I'm not a tax expert so do not quote me on this ,but you would think that would be the proper way for taxation to be calculated!
