    I'm wondering about the "smart metering" which would be needed before you could resell into the grid. I assume that at the simplest it is the same meters you use with any solar/wind system. But what if the utility wants to "modulate" your output?

    Is it expensive to install and has it have been included in "pay back" calculations.
