I think that was referring to the EU Global Gateway / Grants.
That EU & Greenland MOU (Global Gateway), is waiting on a "Road Map", something like 6 months out if you compare with the other overseas agreements when they get at that stage like Namibia and Argentina.
The Critical Raw Materials grants close 7th Feb; no idea what assessment period time frame are but there plenty of opportunity for private investment ... and I am assuming tax incentives similar to AU programmes.
