Saying that it is long overdue that our brokers actually helped market this damn stock, maybe just maybe....

I think the institutional investor Howe was talking about was for the Los Calatos deal, not the gold project.

Possibly the sophisticated investors who put in for the placement wanted more. Probably were told a story that this is the last placement the company will make because once the bankable feasibility was completed MNC would be able to debt fund the rest and a fortune will be made. Gather they weren't told that MNC will bend over and capitulate again and give the financier a convertible note, being $8mill convertible at 0.00125. Hahaha!!!
