If the incentives that attracted CWE to the UK in the first place are removed, I would rather see CCE withdraw before they spend any more money over there.
Ireland will be building something similar to WaveHub, perhaps it will be there that Ceto 6 can make it's European debut? The EU are contributing $15 million to the Ceto 6 project in Cornwall, that could be withdrawn at any time if the UK Government make things too difficult.
