Thanks Bungy. I think UKD will need some State Government agreement on E47/1759 lined up between now and granting. My reasoning for posting on this issue is:
Tenement numbers are issued in sequential order. DFD Rhodes E47/1429, 1431 and 1432 were applied for at the same date/time. So what happened for E47/1430 you might now ask. The mining warden approved the recommendation for grant, it was then rejected by the minister in December 05 as so was ALL other tenements applied for in the Karijinji National Park. I won't provide any more details than that, a quick google search now will reveal.
