Does it need to be? FID is many months away, perhaps over a year. It'd be good security for the project sure, but I don't think it's a negative that it's not at the current stage.
Is it public domain the exact performance targets for Stu's performance shares? That's not a bait, genuine question. If not, I'm not sure we can do more than speculate, which proves and gains nothing.
