Yes it is very interesting!
I’m not sure of the finer detail of those vesting conditions or if they have been publicised, but I suppose that technically speaking “an investment partner signing an agreement to invest in the project” could be met by anyone actually committing ANY amount of funding.
Surely it couldn’t be that “loose”…. But afaict these cowboys could have set up anything and the detail (eg specifying a minimum funding amount in $ or project %) may have been overlooked.
