Does this look like it's limiting itself to 'UK Companies' to you? ANY company that would like to EXPORT or SELL to UK a product or good QUALIFIES. OVERSEAS COMPANIES. It doesn't say : UK COMPANIES THAT ARE OVERSEAS. It says "OVERSEAS COMPANIES LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE UK"
