If merger is to proceed, wouldn't the two share prices settle into a 5/7 relationship?
A week later:
Thursday 18 Oct close -
. MRO sp $0.95
. x 5/7 = $0.68 expected UKL sp?
. UKL actual sp was $0.65
but Friday 19 Oct close -
. MRO sp $1.05
. x 5/7 = $0.75 expected UKL sp?
. UKL actual sp was $0.65
