    does this merge proved to be beneficial for ukl shareholders?

    can someone advise if we should accept the offer or not?

    5 mro shares for every 7 ukl shares
    holding 5000 ukl = $3700 (@$0.74)
    converted to 3571.43 mro = $3928 (@$1.10)

    maybe mro in favour because ukl share was more value before the ann
