There is no benefit for UKL shareholders at all. What MRO can offer? Except a bunch of actually green, a kind of brown, self-declared advanced projects. There are a bunch of companies in Australia, in Africa, and even in Central Asia.
Even from the surface, it is an unfit marriage, nothing in common.
I would rather see the merge between WHE and UKL, or BLR and UKL for US sake, even UKL and WMT. for US sake.
