UKOG is quoted on the LSE in UK, they are owners of Weald acreage, which they have now drilled several times.
Their first succes was published as the Gatwich Gusher, a bit of a hype really. Still, now they have proven that the targeted zones are consistent over a larger area. This has resulted their value to now go up to GBP 300 million. I cannot tell if this is a fair price, nor what is the quality of this development. It seems too good to be true, as we're talking several bn barrel of oil.
The point I want to make here is this; Cuadrilla and AJL directly own adjacent acreage in the Weald. So far this value development has not brushed of on us.
Two options. Either they will implode, and the value of UKOG will evaporate.
Or, AJL finds the holding of this area will be seen as valuable, and our stock goes up multiple times.
One of the two will happen.
