Totally agree that Mountain Pass has virtually no Recoverable HREE. In fact, when smith was president, he tried to claim they found rich HREE reserves just a mile or two away. He was censured By SEC. Then he put in place plans to become the biggest recycler in industry for HREE, that never happened either. I had major money in MCP at time so I remember it clearly. Luckily I got out in the USD 60~ 70 range and started buying puts when price was below $50.00
