I think win for Ukraine is more clear, All russian forces GTFO and get pushed back into their own lands. they cede current occupied lands back to Ukrainian sovereign control, and reduce the risk of future attacks by degrading Russian military strike capabilities (maybe need diplomatic,military and political/goepolitical pressure)
Win for Russia is unknown, they are bumbling and doing something? strategy is unknown and changing constantly. they can not take over larger swathes of Ukrainian land without taking years to do so, they can not break the nato alliance, they can not break US support for Ukraine/NATO(only the US can do that themselves)
