The Americans came out 1 hour after the terrorist attacks on the Moscow concert hall and before the Russians had arrested the perpetrators and said "It was Isis. Ukraine had nothing to do with it". yeah right. No one believes the Americans anymore. Is this another terror operation organised by the US and Ukrainians? It sure looks like it and make no mistake the Russians will find out everything and will know who was behind it.
