Been looking into this last 24 hours waiting to see if Rada is considering the energy liberalization policy with particular reference to gas pricing and pipeline access.
Ukraine is shaping up as the energy hub for the entire EU.
Ukraine energy conference in Feb has a blurb and i particularly liked the last sentence:
QUOTE The main 2-day forum focuses on Ukraine’s energy strategy, geopolitical considerations, transportation, oil & gas exploration and production, licencing and legislative developments and the emergence of unconventional gas as a major potential addition to Ukraine’s energy mix. ENDQUOTE
But also found this which makes me think this DTEK deal could be shaping up as a much bigger deal than I originally considered.
