    It is on edge over there still. Putin has flexed his military might and is happy to take his boot off for now. The UN has deemed the vote to annexe crimea illegal also the imf are going commit billions to help ukraine. So if the tension eases, funding for awd will probably come from the russian side. It's still all up in the air for now.
