I read in media today that Russia may withdraw that money and the Ukraine wants 39bill to survive & the west are saying they will step in

either way Ukraine is screwed up presently. All perilous. What investor would want to invest in Ukraine

Could be 6 months before anything happens. if they had a funder we would know, nope no one appears to want to fund the project in this climate, no one is falling over themselves.

they will run out of money soon, all perilous.

Think about it, buy a shite GDN company for nothing, cash up, spruik a story then just move the cash on and walk away!
