Agree with your general sentiment of hurting Putin , however the US can not "flood the oil market" it does not have the export capacity , the oil reserves you talk about are high cost and need fracking. Europe can not turn off Russian oil/gas and not pay for it , they have no alternative supply of relatively cheap gas , so the talk about turning off SWIFT is a paper tiger . Probably best you research the topic more - I studied it for several years it is more complex than you make it out to be .
