Have you ever tried to get a Minister to sign a document?

In Australia the beaurocratic bullsheet involved just for a signature by a Minister could take several days, if not weeks. In Ukraine, expect longer delays.

I wonder if the new head of Ukratomprom has sought permission by the Minister to visit Australia - hopefully to deliver the signed agreement. At the AGM Kate said he would be visiting during/about the new year provided a Minister was appointed to approve his leave.

ps. Given the recent trading, I doubt anyone will be selling below 60c once the deal is announced.
