All I see is one side being impulsive and the other applying the 'screw' gently as a warning of what to expect in a rational manner. I read that Albania will be considered for EU membership. These Brussel bureaucrats have not learned their lessons of gathering peripheral states into their fold at the expense of the productive major states!
